چکیده

Abstract Global change has manifested itself as climate warming in Central Europe recent decades. Average daily air temperatures increased by an average of 2 °C between 1982 and 2018. Air temperature changes have affected the timing vegetation periods (phenophases) also influenced behaviour animals. We worked with data on wildlife-vehicle crashes (WVC) recorded Czech Police period 1982–2019. Three peaks can usually be observed (spring, summer, autumn) WVC time series. Eighty percent these records involved roe deer ( Capreolus capreolus ). Such a high ratio allowed us to assume that any significant detected will predominantly related deer. discovered mortality roads occurs earlier at present spring than past. The peak shifted almost month beginning year compared situation 38 years ago. respective summer autumn were not statistically significant. results suggest effect through increasing shifting phenophases. Thus, onset activity associated territory delineation expected higher movement indirectly determined analysis shift model reveals ungulate behavioural patterns is evident from other biological thus surprisingly offers suitable study framework for determining impacts environmental

Long-term trend toward earlier breeding in an American bird: a response to global warming?

In regions with severe winters, global warming may be expected to cause earlier onset of breeding in most animals, yet no documentation of such a trend exists in North America. In a study of marked individuals of the Mexican jay (Aphelocoma ultramarina) in southeastern Arizona, from 1971 to 1998, the mean Julian date of first clutch in the population declined significantly by 10.1 days. The dat...

Global warming due to increasing absorbed solar radiation

[1] Global climate models used in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) are examined for the top-of-atmosphere radiation changes as carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases build up from 1950 to 2100. There is an increase in net radiation absorbed, but not in ways commonly assumed. While there is a large increase in the greenhouse effect from incre...

CASE REPORT Here we report a 46-year-old male patient with heart failure due to traumatic fem...
